Clear epoxy, two-component, water-based sealer.

A two-component epoxy sealer that can be emulsified with water for consolidating, protecting and dust-proofing concrete slabs. Ideal Water prevents natural deterioration of cement and makes cleaning easier. Ideal Water can be applied to dry or wet substrates or to not completely cured mortars and concrete.
