Cementitious floor topping and overlay.

TOP FLOOR is a single-component, cementitious topping fibro-reinforced. Typical applications include commercial, industrial and residential floors for both indoor and outdoor use. It can be used over plastic concrete or over hardened (old) concrete, using IDEAL BOND primer. It is unaffected by possible subgrade moisture.
