Training our staff and customers on all of our products and techniques is very important, we commit to over 2700 hours per year to training. We have a 300 square meter indoor heated training facility for hands on training and a classroom for up to 50 people. Additional training is also given by our distributors and outlets.

The main goal of these trainings is to instruct the new customers that want to begin working with Ideal Work, and also improve the technique of those customers who are already using Ideal Work products.
IDEAL WORK organizes special training seminars for its clients, inviting highly qualified trainers coming from all around the world.
BOB HARRIS, for instance, is founder and president of the Decorative Concrete Institute in Douglasville, Georgia. He has conducted hands-on training seminars in architectural concrete in locations around the world, in addition to being a part of technical support and research and development at large decorative concrete manufacturers.
